This is a deeply personal release for me. I have been dealing with anxiety and depression for a large portion of my life. While I am on the road to recovery, I wanted to channel these negative emotions in to something positive and creative.

Emotion In Sound is a 5 track EP that focuses on the range of emotions and experiences that come along with anxiety and depression (check the about section for each song for a better idea of what each track is about.) All/any money that is gained through buying this EP will be donated to SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health). So feel free to donate as much as you feel comfortable with.

I have set the price at £3 but if you would prefer to donate directly of any amount straight to SAMH, send me a screen shot and I will send you the tracks by email!
